Replay famous chess games from their critical position against friends or Stockfish. 50+ legends, 3,600+ openings, free and open source.
AnnoGame is a free daily history guessing game. Place five historical events on the timeline, score up to 500 points, learn the real dates, and compare results without creating an account.

Free online tools that run 100% in your browser - word counter, JSON formatter and more by F9XR Team. No sign-up, zero data retention.
Most chess sites give you a game database or a video. ReplayChess gives you the position. You pick a famous game, jump in at the moment where it was decided, and play the rest yourself against a real opponent or the engine. When it is over, the app lines your moves up against the grandmaster's and shows you the first place you went a different way.
Legends. Over fifty players grouped by era, from the Romantic attackers through the Soviet school to today's elite: Morphy, Steinitz, Capablanca, Tal, Fischer, Kasparov, Anand, Carlsen and more. Each profile lists famous games with the critical positions ready to play.
Openings. A 3,600-entry ECO encyclopedia, A00 to E99, each with the move list, the resulting FEN, a diagram and a button to play the position. Selected lines carry narrated explanations of the plans behind them.
Opponents. Rating-based matchmaking with clocks, private challenge links that a friend can open without signing up, and small tournaments where a group plays the same set of positions.
The engine. Stockfish runs in the browser as WebAssembly, so there is no server round trip. Four levels from Easy to roughly 2200.
The report. Match rate, divergence marker, and a side-by-side replay of your line and the original. A practice mode lets you re-enter any position against the engine as often as you like.
Free to play with no ads. The Player plan ($4.99 a month or $50 a year) unlocks the complete legend and opening catalogue. The whole codebase is MIT-licensed on GitHub: Next.js 15, React 19 with the React Compiler, TypeScript, Prisma on PostgreSQL, Clerk for auth, Socket.IO for real-time play. It installs as a PWA on iOS, Android and desktop. Built in public by Rohit Pandit.
